Make the important gaps visible at the right time.
Attention thresholds decide when Telos should call out work that has gone quiet or evidence that has waited too long for a decision.
Set the two signals Home watches
Open Settings → Attentionand set how many days may pass without a customer update before the customer is marked stale. Set a separate number for when an insight review becomes overdue. Each value can be tuned from one to 365 days.
Let the workspace show where follow-through is needed
Stale customers surface in the Customers column, and overdue insight reviews contribute to the Home header. The thresholds change when a gap is highlighted; they do not change customer data, review status, or ownership.
Match the alert to your operating rhythm
Use a shorter window for high-touch customer work or fast-moving evidence. Use a longer window when updates happen less often. The useful setting is the one that creates a prompt before the relationship or decision has materially drifted, without turning normal cadence into noise.
