Integrations

Bring the signals into one operating record.

Integrations connect Telos to the tools where customer conversations, delivery work, agent runs, and business metrics already happen.

Connect

Start with the signal you need

Open Settings → Integrationsand filter the directory by purpose: Insights, Metrics, Dev workflow, Agents, or Support. Connect a service, finish its setup, and Telos shows its current status and latest activity in the same place.

Outcomes

Keep evidence and progress attached to decisions

Bring customer conversations into insights, import delivery context, connect coding-agent work, or keep revenue metrics current. The result is less manual copying and a clearer link between what customers say, what the team builds, and what the business measures.

Each integration states what it reads and what it can write. Some are deliberately one-way, such as imports; others let a teammate capture a signal or link it to existing Telos work. Use that direction to decide whether the connection belongs in an operating flow or a one-time import.

Manage

Keep connections intentional

Review an integration when its status changes, finish any remaining setup, and manage or disconnect it from the directory. Connect only the services that improve a decision or reduce repeated work; the goal is a reliable context layer, not a catalogue of every tool the organisation owns.
